Casa Spice apartments are situated in a quiet residential area in Corralejo, just a short walk from the sea front and town centre. Off road parking is available at the front of the building. The private communal gardens are accessed through a secure entrance gate for additional privacy. The complex has four ground floor apartments and two on the upper floor. In each apartment you will find a spacious lounge and dining area complete with satellite television. The kitchens are well equipped with an electric oven, four-ring hob, microwave and fridge/freezer. There are two twin bedrooms fully fitted with wardrobes and drawers. The spacious bathrooms have overhead showers, toilets and wash basins. The ground floor apartments have their own sun terraces whilst the first floor apartments have their own balcony. The complex has undergone extensive alterations to one of its apartments and is now able to offer excellent facilities for the disabled. Individual requirements will be catered for wherever possible by our on-site management. Outside you can find a superb 8m solar heated pool and jacuzzi, surrounded by a terrace perfect for sunbathing.
