These' first floor', one bedroom apartments are situated opposite the beautiful salt water lagoon beaches of Los lagos beach in El Cotillo. They are most suitable for couples who want to get away from the busy stressful life in the fast lane.

Located on the outskirts of the sleepy fishing village of El Cotillo on the way to the light house and very close to the popular restaurant Azzuro and beach bar 'Torino's locally described as 'Paradise'.

The complex consists of twelve apartments situated in its own 'walled' grounds and has a large sun terrace and private swimming pool. 

Each apartment consists of lounge/ kitchen diner; twin bedded bedroom, bathroom and balcony.

The kitchen area comes with two ring electric hob, half size fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster.

Cutlery and crockery for four, along with pots and pans that you would expect on a self-catering holiday are also supplied.

Hot water is supplied by and electric boiler.

 

The lounge area has a two seater sofa, coffee table, T.V. (for DVDs only)/ Hi fi cabinet.

The balcony is furnished with Patio table and four chairs; two sun loungers and a parasol are also supplied.

 

                             

A car is recommended but not essential if you like walking.

Please note the complex is connected to mains water and is powered by a low noise generator that is on during the essential times of the day. During its operation back up batteries are charged giving lighting and refrigeration during the night.
