Villa Tranquilla can only be described as exceptional, it is situated in the charming village of Lajares. Inside the villa you will find the spacious lounge complete with satellite TV, DVD player and two comfortable leather sofas leading to the dining area. There is a fully fitted kitchen that includes all the amenities of a modern day kitchen, where no expense has been spared. On the ground floor there are two twin bedrooms fitted with large wardrobes, which share a luxurious bathroom and a large master bedroom again fitted with large wardrobes, boasting a magnificent four poster bed with its own en-suite bathroom. Stairs in the living room lead to a fourth private bedroom with its own sun terrace that overlooks the pool and an en-suite shower room. All of the bedrooms have remote controlled fans and safe has been provided. From the rooms on the ground floor there are patio doors which lead out onto a shaded veranda complete with patio table, chairs, sunloungers and BBQ. Within the spacious and well laid out gardens you will find a large heated swimming pool, tennis court and plenty of outside leisure areas.
