 This three bedroom Villa is tucked away in a quiet spot of Lajares with very peaceful surroundings. It is a 10 minutes drive to the beautiful salt water lagoons of El Cotillo and 15 minutes from Corralejo.

The house is surrounded by beautiful gardens and terraces with a 7.7 x 3.4 metre solar heated pool and outside shower.

The pool is screened by typical canarian stone decorated walls for ultimate privacy and has complete patio furnishing for six people. There is also a BBQ for those warm 'eating in evenings'.Inside the house there is a fully fitted kitchen with four ring electric hob, oven,fridge freezer and washing machine as well as all the usual items required for a self catering holiday.

The open plan lounge/diner is fully equipped with TV, stereo CD and DVD and has two large sofas along with dining table and chairs.

 There are three bedrooms, two furnished with double beds and the other with twin beds. The master bedroom has en-suite for privacy and there is a further family bathroom with bath and shower.

There are ample restaurants, bars, take-aways,cash point machine, shops and a chemist as well as an hourly bus service  to El Cotillo or Corralejo.

This villa comes highly recommended and is fully supported our local representative who lives only fifteen minutes away.
